Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed).
Usage Data: We collect chat interactions, prompts, and AI responses to provide and improve the Service.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps for security and analytics.
We use your data to: (a) provide and maintain the Service, (b) authenticate your identity, (c) improve the AI models and user experience, (d) communicate service-related announcements, and (e) ensure security and prevent abuse.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery), (b) as required by law, or (c) with your explicit consent.
Your prompts and messages are processed by third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek) via the OpenClaw gateway. These providers do not use your data to train their models unless you explicitly opt in to their respective terms.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at klaus@ecoray.dk.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
